Academic achievement at Horizon begins with small class sizes, individual attention and an education plan to help students achieve their individual goals. With our state of the art facility and close partnership with parents, we focus on relationships and individualization where students can grow academically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, forming strong friendships that will last a lifetime.

God’s Word – the Bible – is integrated into all aspects of Horizon curriculum. From academics to fine arts and sports, teachers and coaches are free to teach God’s truth and help students apply its truth to their lives.

When considering Christian Character Development, Horizon aims to help students develop healthy life skills in areas of management and organization, respect and self-control. It’s our belief that students learn more by doing and possibly making mistakes than by being handed a polished product. Students are encouraged and given many opportunities to serve their school, their community and their world.
