Horizon Christian School has developed a document called, "What Does a Horizon Graduate Look Like", which focuses on three desired outcomes for each student in the areas of Academics, Biblical Truth, and Character Development. Last spring the document was used as a tool in exit interviews with graduating seniors. That data, from both graduates and their teachers, was shared at the summer retreat of trustees and teachers and is being used to give direction and aid in continued program development.
